All items are shipped on a tracked and insured service, via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD.

All items are shipped from the UK.

Handling times:
Orders are usually despatched 3-5 working days after your order is placed.

Shipping Times: 
You will be notified when your order is shipped. Most items sent to the UK will arrive within 3 days of despatch. Items sent worldwide usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. NB - these are estimates rather than delivery guarantees - we use reliable and reputable shipping providers, however, their despatch times can vary, especially at busy times (pre-Christmas!).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel, and this is calculated for you during the checkout process.
