'Papel Picado' Paper Cut Garland in Snow
 
 
 
'Papel Picado' are hand cut tissue paper flags, made in Mexico by traditional artisans, who carve and chisel the design out of thick stacks of tissue paper. The 'Snow' garland is a five metre length of tissue paper garland with ten large cream and white flags in winter and christmas inspired patterns.
 
 
 
Each garland is five metres in length, with ten large flags measuring 35cm x 45cm.
 
 
 
Papel Picado is a hand-made product, so the designs and exact cuts can vary slightly - every pack is unique.
